Our Machinery
Extrusion
Our extrusion lines produce the base polythene film used across our entire product range, with capability for:
- Mono-layer film — for standard packaging applications requiring consistent strength and clarity
- 2-layer film — offering enhanced strength and barrier performance for more demanding uses
Printing
Our flexographic printing machines support up to 6 colours, enabling sharp, vibrant branding directly onto bags and packaging — a key requirement for businesses that use their packaging as a marketing touchpoint.
Cutting & Sealing
Our finishing lines are equipped for:
- Side seal — cutting and sealing along the sides
- Bottom seal — cutting and sealing along the base
- Pouch making — producing custom pouch-style packaging
What the factory can do
Polythene Film Extrusion
We produce high-quality polythene film using both mono-layer and 2-layer extrusion processes. Mono-layer film suits standard packaging needs, while 2-layer film offers enhanced strength and barrier performance for more demanding applications.
Flexographic Printing
Our in-house flexo printing capability supports up to 6 colours, allowing us to produce vibrant, branded packaging with sharp logos and designs — whether it’s a retail bag that needs to represent your brand or a courier bag with your company details.
Bag Cutting & Sealing
We offer both side seal and bottom seal cutting and sealing, giving businesses flexibility in how their bags are constructed and finished. This allows us to produce packaging suited to a wide range of uses — from retail carry bags to garbage bags to courier packaging.
Pouch Making
Beyond standard bags, we manufacture custom pouches to meet specific packaging requirements. Our pouch-making capability is ideal for businesses that need a more tailored packaging format for their products.
